I was raised primarily in St. Charles County. I went to school here, built my career here, and built my life here. The communities I represent people in are the same communities I know personally.
That local connection matters. Legal problems are not handled in the abstract. They move through real courts, real procedures, real insurance decisions, real family concerns, and real local consequences.
Over the years, I have appeared in courts throughout St. Charles County, including the St. Charles County Circuit Court, associate divisions, and municipal courts in St. Peters, St. Charles, O’Fallon, Wentzville, and surrounding communities. Each court has its own procedures, expectations, and practical realities. Knowing that local terrain, not just Missouri law in the abstract, is part of doing the job well.
I earned my law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law and my undergraduate degree from Lindenwood University. In more than 16 years, I have represented Missouri clients in criminal defense, DWI, traffic, personal injury, and estate planning matters, including first-time DWIs, breath-test refusals, misdemeanor and felony charges, license problems, injury claims, wills, trusts, and related planning issues.
The part that has stayed constant is where I do it: close to home, for people in my own community.
